Thanks for visiting the official site of DearPapa.org. Our aim in
creating this online ministry is to give honor to our father for all
that he's done for us, as well as to show appreciation for all fathers
across America and around the world who are devoting their time and
love in their children.
This website did not start out as something that people worldwide would
be able to bring up. It simply began as a card design that the youngest
of us drew on paper, complete with our favorite quotes and poems,
letters, and pictures we drew for our father. One night when he came
home we presented it to him and he liked it so much that afterwards we
decided to make it an online deal so other people could come to it and
show appreciation for their fathers and even to get more ideas on how
to celebrate Father's Day which is one of the biggest holidays in our
home.
On Father's Day and many other days of the year we write our father
letters, which is one of the best ways to express your thoughts to
anyone. In writing to your father you can tell him how much you love
him and thank him for all he's done for you, tell him things that you
need help with and things that are going on in your life. It's the best
and easiest way to open up your heart to him.
Remember that there is a great hero in everyone of our lives and that is our Papa! |
